United States, 10 dollars, 1870: (Mintage: 3990 business strike + 35 proofs = 4025 total) This is my lowest mintage non-proof US coin.

I believe this is my lowest mintage, as I generally collect by type I tend to have the cheapest years. Jersey generally have some quite low mintages. Mintage for this one is 75,153.

Going by the official mintage numbers, this 1825 Half Cent would be my lowest at 63,000 However, according to this interesting article, The Half Cents of 1825-1835, the number of 1825 dated Half Cents was probably higher. Quote:The Mint archives record an order from the Baltimore merchant house of Jonathan Elliott and Company for Half Cents in November 1825. They were informed that none was on hand but would be in a few weeks, probably in January 1826. In fact coinage began on Dec. 22 and by year's end 63,000 pieces had been struck and delivered to the Mint treasurer. The Elliott request seems to have gone nowhere, however, and it was not until April 1826 that the December coinage began to be distributed; all had left the Mint by late June. There was little demand for the next few weeks but in the latter part of 1826 another 234,000 pieces were coined. Because the 1825 Half Cent is not as scarce as a mintage of 63,000 indicates, it is likely that left-over obverse dies from 1825 were used for a part of the 1826 coinage.

Wow some nice entries on the first day. Results so far 1st. Pepactonius has set the bar high (or low), with a very nice 1870 US Coronet Head $10 Golden Eagle. Mintage of only 3,990 business strikes and 25 Proofs. 2nd. Finn235. Finn posted a well traveled and much loved 1901 British Honduras 50 cent coin. Mintage of 10,000 3rd. Dorado and his 1965 Peruvian 5 soles de oro, Another beautiful gold coin. Mintage of 14,000 That's it for day 1. 2 more days left. How long will Pepactonius hold onto the lead? Thanks to all who have submitted entries so far.

Here's my entry: I believe this counts as it was a circulating coin (Notgeld). It's funny how these seem to keep popping up. ca. 1919-1920 Mintage: 10,000

ca. 1919-1920 Mintage: 10,000 Yes this will work. It looks to be Men# 19256.11 on Numista. It is a circulating commemorative coin. https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces50111.htmlYours looks to be in good condition too.

I really like the building facade on that Notgeld! For issues of emergency money, I would expect a barebones design of city name, value, date... maybe redemption deadline, but the Germans really went above and beyond on many of these issues!
