Well, thanks for the opportunity to participate once more.

This time I will do the honours myself.

This may (or may not) be less convoluted than the last one.

I am a sucker for silver exonumia, and I recently got this at my LCS.

It is a 1 troy ounce "the international silver trade unit", which attracted me as it is hexagonal in shape.

Here is the point scheme:

Country (of origin) match: United States, 2 points, Canada or Mexico 1 point. (Note: points will be given for the presumed country of origin where the item is not a coin. In this case the word "America" on it does not prove it was from there, but it is a reasonable guess.)

Shape: 6 sided, 2 points, anything not round, 1 point

Bullion item: 2 points for a 1 ounce or 31.1 grams, 1 point for any quantity of silver marked on the item that is NOT 1 troy ounce.

Image match: 1 point for any of these images: eagle, balance, bell, and branch with leaves. So all of them would get 4 points.

So an exact match would get 10 points, but there are lots of ways of getting some points. I have no idea how common these "6-siders" are, so I have no idea the likelihood of an exact match.

I think the most points I can get is by using this ASE:

Sadly, I don't really collect bullion, and none of my hexagonals are from North America, nor do they have any of the images on the list. I do also have an ASE, but it is in a plastic holder.

I believe that this is the non-ASE coin in my collection that would get me the most points...

Yet-Another-Forum-Game---Numismatic-Go-Fish! Yet-Another-Forum-Game---Numismatic-Go-Fish!

...a Barber quarter. 2 points for United States, 1 each for eagle and branch.

I wanted to post an old Russian ruble, but then I realized that it would only get me 3 points, and that I do have pictures of a Barber quarter.

(since we've already seen the ASE)

5 points? (US + 420 grains + eagle + branch)

@pepactonius, yes 5 points. The wording of my point scheme accepts coins with the weight and fineness marked on them.

This might not have been what you had in mind but it is the closest in my collection for the criteria.
*Please don't mind the state of the coin. I received it in this state and it appears that embers may have fallen on the 2x2 and damaged the coin. Too bad,it would have been a nice coin. Also had not photographed this due to damage so crappy photos as well

1968 Mexican 25 pesos Olympic Games
1 point for Mexico

Doesn't quite weigh an ounce and isn't marked on it.
Weight:22.5g
Diameter: 38mm
.720 Ley 1 point
This coin is the; Rings aligned, curved tongue variety.
1 point for Eagle
1 point for branches with leaves
* Might be a stretch but is the jester balancing? Total of 4, possibly 5 points?

@canadian coins. The jester balancing IS a stretch-maybe literally. So 4 points. 720 without a weight is a stretch but you can have the benefit of the doubt.

@Oriole Sorry, just re-read the points criteria and I agree that .720 is a stretch. I thought that it was weight and/or fineness. I'm not trying to gain points without the matching criteria. I will take my three points :-)

Here's mine, get more per criteria for this than #2 I think.
Yet-Another-Forum-Game---Numismatic-Go-Fish!

2 points = US made (Madison Mint)
1 point = Rectangular
1 point = Bullion
1 point = One Ounce Silver NO TROY!
5 points ?

BTW, this does have wings, arrows and a bare butt, any extra credit?

Here's #2, not sure according to your criteria which one counts more, I count the same:

@Crazy, I think that we can reasonably assume that it is one ounce troy, so you get that point.

No credit for points, but credit for a bit of cheek, pardon the pun.

But your #2 counts for 7 points, putting you in the lead:

1 point for the eagle, and 1 point for the branch with leaves!
