How Long Is Too Long? - Coin Community Forum

Beefer518 Pillar of the Community United States 887 Posts	Posted 08/17/2017 10:07 am At the summer FUN show I dropped off coins with ANACS to be graded. They got to Denver on July 10 or 11. On ANACS's website, it says the expected ship date was Monday 8/14. I know it's only 3 days past their expected ship date, but it still says processing, and it's been 28 working days. Is this a normal delay turn-around time when they have a big special (8 for $75), or should I have seen movement by now? Haven't called, as I want to see what the general consensus is on this before I call. Report this Post to the Staff

When a big show just finishes up and there is some form of special advertised, one can expect longer turnaround times due to the increased submissions. Waiting isn't something anyone can stand these days, so you are not alone. Computer phone in hand and instant delivery from the big boys has left the word patience far back in the dust.
