I have 2 questions... so the box I opened had 7 wheats and 2 Canadians, is it below average. Also I was wondering if this penny is doubled die. Here are pictures

Unfortunately, I've been averaging 7-10 per box this year. Way down from what it used to be. In regard to your Cent, it is not a doubled die in my opinion. It's just worn letters and date. There were double dies for this year with visible doubling in "In God We Trust", like this.

It looks normal. But on the fields there maybe an issue with either die polishing or lathe lines. It appears that it is only on that area. So it maybe just concentric die scratches. (around date area)
