That's looking pretty MS65ish to me! Also, is that a die crack on his forehead?

The marks on his shoulder are fairly distracting so I'd say MS-64. Without those marks, maybe MS-66.

Thanks and yes, he has a Die crack on his head, his coat, and there are die cracks on the 1 and 9 in the date.
