No question mint state as the cascading luster is very evident.
Can't get closer to a grade until I can see closer shots of the center areas of both obverse and reverse.

It will help if you can take the photos outside of the container. Be sure to only touch the coin on its edges, not on the sides. Put something soft underneath where you are working so that if you drop the coin it is not damaged.
Cut the photo so only the coin, not the background, is showing.

ms64. It looks really nice and clean but looks a little softly struck on both sides.

Thank you everyone for your opinions and suggestions -- added a few more pictures as the sun arrived. Not sure why the Reverse pictures have a blue-ish tint -- no filters were used. Thank you in advance for your opinions--they are greatly appreciated by this newly addicted coin enthusiast. Happy Saturday!

Some of those photo's give it that polished look but it may just be the tilt and lighting.
