I have a lot of sealed US Mint boxes of the BU quarters from the San Francisco mint. Some are rolls, bags, and all 3 mints.

I am interested in trading for silver / gold. For the silver, I'd like something like ASE's as opposed to junk silver.

I'd like to trade the whole package together but will consider all options.

Please let me know if you have any interest:

Maybe I'm crazy but I'm a little confused on this listing because I'm 150% sure that the San Francisco mint did not produce business strike quarters since the 50's

From 1955-2011 the San Francisco Mint did not produce circulation-strike quarters.

But in 2012 the SF Mint started to produce copper-nickel-clad quarters. Unlike the Philadelphia & Denver quarters, the San Francisco quarters are not put into circulation. They are available for purchase directly from the U.S. Mint only, in bags of 100 or rolls of 40.

The program is just like the Kennedy half dollars, except that the circulation-strike fifty-cent pieces are minted in Philadelphia and Denver only. (And, as you know, Kennedy fiddy-cent pieces are not put into circulation at all.)

~ Mark

P.S. Example:

Ozark National Scenic Riverways 2017 - This is the third 2017 release in the America the Beautiful Quarters® Program, and it honors Missouri's Ozark National Scenic Riverways. Coins minted at the San Francisco Mint.

100-coin bag - Item Number: 17ABJ - $34.95

40-coin roll set - Item Number: 17ARH - $18.95

SPECIFICATIONS
Denomination: Quarter
Composition: 8.33% Nickel, Balance Copper
Weight: 5.670 grams
Diameter: 0.955 inch (24.26 mm)
Edge: Reeded
Mint and Mint Mark: San Francisco - S

Thanks dd27 but that's not very smart that the mint started that in 2012 they should of started business strike s quarters when the series first came out in 2010.
