Please do not back in time and add to old threads unless you have new information to add to the OP topic ... that situation is a 'zombie thread' and you brought one to life today with this coin. To this coin ... my opinion is an average circulated example of this date/mm that has no special characteristics. If you are seeing something special then tell us where to look.
