I'd say that it's an F-15 to VF-20 cleaned example. All of the DP#5's have what ended up to be a huge die crack off the R in Regina and traveling both ways. The DP#5 was the old Zoell R2b, discovered back in the 60's that was renamed DP#5 once the 2011 Charlton came out with the Vicky variety section. There is another Zoell variety (R2c) that has the same Obverse D/C, but just has a nicely repunched 9 that is on p 285 of the 2011 (65th edition) Charlton. There are, I think, 2 more die marriages that have the same Obverse with the pronounced R D/C, but just vanilla Reverses, with no variety.
