First, this is not my coin. It's just an auction I stumbled upon on ebay. I thought it was neat because they still have all the pieces.

I wouldn't pay the asking price but I just had to share. Really cool.

I'de like to see a picture of the rim cause on the laminated piece there is a flat spot on the underside that resembles the shape of a flat screwdriver. Just wary of ebay sellers offering unique items. Wonder if that could be graded to authenticate it?

Yeah Mark. It could have easily been faked. You never know out there on ebay. I hope it isn't faked, but who knows.

I suspect it would cause a lot of damage to fake this. It may have been "helped along" to separate but, I don't think it's completely illegitimate.

I do think it is a good one, Obviously more interesting having been separated so you can partially see the devices underneath.
