Hi I have a few Lebanese banknotes I wanted to know what the little shape on the end of numbers means also what year was this made?

They are different numbers. 1 and 0. Converted the numbers are 64161(top) and 64160(bottom)

No problem. Look up Arabic numbers and that will be a simple conversion.

As for the dates: the years on these notes are written beneath the signatures, which are cut off in these pictures. We would need to see more to the right to determine the dates.
