That'd be a poor man's double. Not quite a doubled die but a cool error on what appears to be a very nice steelie!

It's caused by Die Deterioration by the way.

Very common on "43 steel cents as the dies were striking the plated steel planchetes building up friction heat and had early Die Deterioration from the heat. Nice looking steel cent!
Always try to provide a picture of the full coin along with your close ups.

It's one worth keeping. Not rare or valuable coin but a nice example of die volcanoes.
