While going through my sisters penny collection I found a 1994 dime that was penny clad on one side and dime clad on the other. I don't think it is colored. I have tried to convince myself that this coloring is environmental or introduced by someone but the edge shot does not seem to prove either of those. What do you think. Thanks again.
