From those photos it looks VG. Cut the background out of your photos and leave the coin only in the picture.
Rest in Peace

It looks like a regular 1934 Wheat cent, is there something you are looking at specifically?

Out of curiosity, what about this coin indicates that it has been cleaned?

to the family, Pinkqueen!

With the other assessments, a normal 80 year circulated LWC in VG08 maybe

Meraxes, notice the gunk around the letters, on reverse has different shades. The cleaning may have been a wash in soap and water, not a chemical dip, like acetone which would have cleaned it better.

Pink , your 1934 Lincoln Wheat cent is worth about 2 or 3 cents , not $25-$30 . It is a common date circulated coin that has a light cleaning ( NOT GOOD ) .
