I was looking through my wheat pennies and found this 1925 D Penny. I know that is very well circulated ;) but what caught my eye was the bottom of Lincoln's shirt. It looks more jagged then similar years. The overall penny just looks weird to me but I think it just worn. Any opinions on this? Thanks for taking the time to read this.

I see heavy die wear on the coin caused by heavily worn dies. The Mint would push the limits on the dies so they can save money. This is what you get when the Mint overworked these worn out dies. Not sure what's going on with his bust though.

No error, just very late die state, near death! Notice how letters are wrapping up into rim, and bottom of coat is chipping off. That is extreme Die Deterioration with the metal of the die flowing outwards. The dies increase in diameter and must be milled down, with the outward movement the edges of the detail are at the very edge. The die clashes with the collar causing chips off the edges. Great example of VLDS.

Though, I am surprised the die hasn't broken itself into pieces yet.

Your welcome. That's exactly why your coin looks like this. It all because of a worn out die. Keep searching and you will find good stuff. :)
