This is a customer owned coin, I only had it in hand long enough to get some pictures. It looks like it has been poorly stored in a PVC containing flip.
Since my time this week at the shop has been used for the Indian Head cents, I am trying to read the Snow book, so I don't have time to look for this. I am hoping someone can tell me the which DDO this is. Thanks for your time !

EDIT

I took some more pics today at the shop because I could not find any of the markers for #3 or #8. I do not see much in they way of die polish lines , gouges, scratches, anywhere on this coin. The bridge of the nose and the areas near it seem to have some weakness from polishing, but the fields are devoid of them from what I can see. I have the original pictures , but they are huge . On the originals you can see most all flow lines and everything- if those are needed , I can email them to interested parties. There are a dozen pictures so I am going to leave them as links so this does not load to slow for everyone.

If this is an early die state for one of the above mentioned DDO's, I can a make it available for the folks at Coppercoins if they would like pictures. I notice for both #3 and #8 there are no pics of EDS coins. Thanks for looking...again !

Very nice, particularly because LIBERTY and the date are well-defined. Is it an MDS--or earlier?
Perhaps the lighting doesn't bring out the MDS markers shown here.

Either #3 or #8 - only markers can tell for sure.

Thanks everyone for your help, I will check the markers next time I get the chance . From the pics I cannot see any of the markers... I think he may have left it for attribution, I will try to get confirmation tomorrow .
