Just plating bubbles - very common on the copper plated zinc cents!

Another Little Johnnie in the Garage heated coin, again, look at the raised area in center, expanded trapped gasses. The other factor is how much zinc is in copper plate, too much zinc and not enough tin, heated metals like this transfers more zinc to surface, that makes "brass" yellowish look.

Does not look PSD to me. Looks like the common plating issue the mint had back then.
