i need some help with this 1983 reverse penny ... I still have some problems and not sure if is double die or just Machine Doubling .... I reaaly aprresiate your help and comments ... mean while ...i am working my butt to know more and be able to identify a double , Machine Doubling etc etc,,,

What I'm seeing is MD, basically Die Deterioration. One major difference between the two DD/MD is they true doubling ALWAYS increases the size/spacing of the details whereas MD REDUCESthe size/shape of a normal device. Here the letter size is normal, just disfigured. If theres any way to get a clear closeup of E PLURIBUS UNUM that may be something, but doesclook late die state damage right now.
