One major difference between the two DD/MD is they true doubling ALWAYS increases the size/spacing of the details whereas MD REDUCESthe size/shape of a normal device. Here the letter size is normal, just disfigured. If theres any way to get a clear closeup of E PLURIBUS UNUM that may be something, but doesclook late die state damage right now.
