This one's pretty prominent, and it isn't difficult to confirm the attribution.

As to grade, it seems obviously a Mint State coin but larger and clearer pics would be required to differentiate between the upper grades for this issue. Too little record of attributed sales exists to indicate whether or not it's worth the cost of slabbing. There are examples up to MS66 known.

Luster appears undisturbed, so that's a step toward uncirculated. I'm also not seeing any high point rub.

As Dave stated, beyond that I'd need better photos, too.

It's definitely a Gem coin, and blessed with excellent eye appeal to boot. Go have a look at the hideous MS66 example PCGS has for this variety at CoinFacts:

I'd go 65 - 66 is just too hard a grad for a zincoln - nice cent though!!
