63. too much going on in the cheek. Pretty toning and beautiful fields.

MS63, below average strike, above average eye appeal (at least on the obverse), decent luster, no signs of cleaning.

The reverse toning, though...yeah, I'd keep this one face up. :)

I love the toning, but I agree with the concern about the cheek scratches. I'll go with a 63.
