Tough color to view through. It appears to be MS, with no rub outstanding. I think it hit 63. If you forgot you own something like this I wonder which coins you remember.

I'll throw a hint out there. Straight on this coin has a matte like finish. Turned in the light there is a deep reflection. Does that help?

I'll guess they gave it MS-63 BN. Not entirely sure about the color.

Going to put this one to rest. I bought it because it looked different than most of the indian proofs I had looked at. It has a matte like finish with a little tone if looking at it straight on. rotating it in the light is when the mirror like surfaces appear. I am no where near skilled enough to illustrate that with a camera.
