American Coin Grading Service founded in the 80's thats about all I know. Similar packaging as the early photograde Anacs holders. Kind of a cool piece of grading history

Forgot to mention they assign a grade to the obverse and reverse of the coin.

Looks like a 64.
I'll be curious to see what ACGS called it - MS67 or MS68?

Cannot grade this through that plastic -- it has a texture which completely makes it impossible to analyze the fields and devices, they all look grainy and rough.

Hard to take pictures of this one through the plastic. I actually believe the assigned grade is right on the money. really clean cheek and semi PL surfaces
