Bump - everyone has their own requirements and IMO, none are more right or wrong than each other's, just different.

Didn't mean to imply anything negative. I'm just saying that I should do something like that with mine. They are beautiful coins and mine are languishing out of sight. Definitely, display your coins and enjoy them.

Cheers!

Of course this brings us back to the quandary we all have... we want to display our collections but not attract unwanted attention to them.

Having been the victim of a burglary, I will for the time being have to be happy with the more valuable pieces of my collection secured in a safety deposit box and the rest in a safe.

By the time I amass all 56 silver pucks for the ATB program... that would be a lot of silver in a convenient cabinet/container to walk off with.

I appreciate all these options for display, just offering some experience-driven perspective.

Bump111,CelticKnot I to would like to be able show some of the nicer coins I have and admire them in comfort. With the knowledge that they are safe. Unfortunally that comes at a price that I could buy more ATB,s until I am rich. Not being sarcastic just realistic.
I WOULD SO LOVE TO SHOW MINE OFF.

Everyone wants to show off these days...hooray, social media! Just be extremely careful.

In other words, DON'T show off. Sit back with a glass of scotch and enjoy your collection for what it is... YOURS. No one else has spent as much time on it as you have and few will care about it like you do, even (especially) your family. Anyone who knows about your collection is a liability, especially as the value grows.

Be vigilant. For every honest person there are a dozen crooks.
