Not good at grading cleaned coins! All them scratches/lines on your coin are from a cleaning. Especially on the obverse. See how your coin has wear but is still shiny?

Unfortunately for this coin, Mark 1959 is right.
Rather heavy hit between the 25 and CENTS.
A bit of luster has survived in the legends.

VF anyway, but would have been a happier coin without the problems mentioned.

Yeah, it's a shame people do that to coins I suppose they think they look better, which in a way they do but, still it's a 'cleaned' coin, still a shame...EF-40 details
