1928 10$ Gold Note, Off Center? - Coin Community Forum

I would like to know if this is off center enough to be considered an error and if it adds value. also compared to modern bills, the serial #'s look low, are they? gatzdon Valued Member United States 280 Posts	Posted 05/05/2008 09:46 am This is a Federal Reserve Note (not a gold certificate). I don't believe this would be considered an error as it was common for the serial numbers to touch things like the seal, signature, and what not.
