Below the 3 looks like it took a hit, inside loops looks like die chips.

Certainly worth saving. Those little die chips on, in, or near a date or mint mark drives us all crazy.

If you have another coin the same year, you could create a side by side to show how it is different. Sometimes you can nail down it if is damage/MD/chip or something else that way.
