1994 LMC Double Die On Mint Mark?

It's really faint but it looks doubled to me, any opinions?

Hi, James.

I believe what you see there is called split-plate doubling (?), where the copper plating is opened up during the strike and exposes the zinc core. This will be a prime place for "zinc rot" to begin on that coin.
