Decent example, enough wear that the snake's body disappears as it crosses the eagle's breast (a key diagnostic in assessing these), so I'd be in the VF range on it. Are those cavities in the area between the rays near the star preceding the "8 R" from delamination of the planchet or are they actual contact marring of the surface there? The former probably wouldn't affect the grade, but the latter might cost it, like, another 5 points on the grading scale.
