There seems to be doubling? in Liberty, date, neck and God? I think I am seeing right, be could you please check out this franklin.
And has this coin been cleaned?

Cannot tell if it has been cleaned, but the doubling is Machine Doubling.

If you post a picture of the entire obverse, we may be able to tell if there are signs of cleaning. At this point, you can't tell from these pictures.

The doubling is Machine Doubling.
