Could be, what year? 1982's on could well be plating bubbles, but sure looks like one. Always check the corners seems to be weakest area of die...

The second one is a 94 idk what you mean by check the corners? It looks different then the 99 one I first posted

Quote: idk what you mean by check the corners The corners of the Memorial are stress points on the die and die cracks tend to appear from the corners to the rim. That one looks like a die crack to me so, an error.
