Looks like zinc rot to me.

If you are talking about the silver colored areas it's probably split plating - Not an error. When the coin is struck the pressure of the strike tears the copper plating and exposes the zinc underneath - very common on the Zincolns.

I'm talking about what looks like doubling of some sort.

The zinc only showed up in the pictures, so I didn't see it until it was mentioned.

But I was pretty sure that it was just Machine Doubling.

I'm also using a broken camera lens, but I'm saving up for a usb microscope.

Hey, PennyPride. That USB scope will be a blast! I picked one up a few months back. It can be addicting looking at your coins under it. You'll have lots of fun

If you can, get one that has an adjustable light source. Mine doesn't and I wish it did.
