All I see is MDD on IN D, E, upper 2, B of liberty. Only similarity with 005 is the fuzzy die imprint on lower bar of 2, this also could be a master hubbing fault not a doubled die. Where do you see doubling other than those places?

I wish I would have started paying attention to these DD coins 40 years ago. My nearly 60 year old untrained eyes just aren't seeing the doubling on this coin.

Sweet, good job Of all the 1972's I've looked at, probably wouldn't have caught that DDO, but now I know!

Excellent news. I am happy for your find, but I can't help wondering how it graded at MS-64

Was thinking the same thing Chase007! I'm not insulting the OP or the coin, I think it's awesome and would love to own it. But it seems a bit over graded in my opinion.

JDRMCB, While I too congrat Jsala on the nice return news, this is another one of the times PCGS has gone nutz on grading error coins. This is a clear example of a circulated coin, no way with wear on high points, rim dings, and manner of "toning" going on to prove it is an uncirculated state of coin. You lucked out on this one. I'd sell that sucka on the bay really quick. 20 years from now collectors will be shaking their "collective" heads and tails over this one!
