Any ideas on grade? The reverse is rotated about 25% as well.

I'll agree; XF-45 details. Just a bit of an old cleaning.

EF-40 to EF-45. I think it's an O-110 R-2, there is evidence of a recut 9 (the top right of the 9), the D of United and the S of States are very close and the reverse is rotated.

Hey thanks for the info, I was curious about which variety it could be. I know very little about varieties, but could this be an O-110a. What's the difference when they add the letter on the end?
