Natural tone without any hint of cleaning or dipping. Strike is nice for the obverse, although a little less strong on the reverse.
I don't like the slide marks in the center of the fields, but I can't spot a single place where I'm seeing any rub.
So I'll settle with Mint state, and 64.
It's a kissy kissy love you coin.

I only used NGC once personally to verify a 1795 US dollar as being genuine, it had graffiti and I was in a hurry for authenticity. They were not good to deal with, especially since I paid them about $100 extra above their standard overpriced fees for expedition. After much prodding by me, the coin came back a couple of days later than it should have to me. What was the big shocker was four months later I noticed a $125.00 charge on my credit card. When I looked closer, it was from NGC. I called them, they got a manager immediately, and he assured me it would never happen again. I informed him it better not, because I would never use them again. I could tell a couple other stories that are very suspicious about NGC (and PCGS' "grading"), but will rest my case.

Exactly how you translated that to an NGC bash, I don't know.
We would sure love to see your 1795 dollar if you could provide photos in a new thread.
