Same here, Yesterday I got so frustrated I downloaded Firefox and gave that a try. I have not been locked out since. Just tried now and I got in. It may not work as well with Microsoft edge. I did notice tho that it redirects from viglink or something like that for a second while loading. I never saw that before.

I wasn't able to access for two days. Tried several times. Did work a few minutes ago, though.

I don't know bobby, I am sure that the complaining is annoying to you. Last thing I want to do is be a pain, but for some of us we obviously have a problem with it from time to time. It really does happen to us. So please don't take it the wrong way, and I do see that you read these and I am sure you look into it for us. All you and the mods do is very much appreciated and I have always have been glad to have the album space provided for free. Thank you.
Now, here is just one thing I keep wondering about. As right now, I cannot get in. When I can I see there are, for example 25 guests and 2 members logged in ( and you can see the members name there, TheNickelGuy, mcshilling for example ) are looking at the albums down at the bottom of the main page with thumbnails. I assume that these others viewing are internet guests or members who are not logged in, but looking, but also "googlers" are free to look from anywhere, including search engine robots that never turn off.
There have been errors that say that too many are trying to look and it reaches a maximum allowed. Or any number of other errors. I have always thought that it has something to do with too many trying to look at the same time. Or it could be that robots "hog" up all the room available for the gallery to work. It's like a traffic jam at rush hour. Late at night, early morning, I can get in much easier.
I also thought you being the admin may have some special access to a server that we do not and that's why it is never broken for you? You get right in and see nothing wrong and tell us you see no problem and it works for you everytime.
If it is a matter of too much traffic, robots, people from around the world, wouldn't it be better if it was only viewable if you were actually logged in? Now I understand that you want CCF to be found and at the top of the search engines when anyone wants to learn about coins, members or not. However, it is, first of all, your website and gallery, but also the "members" gallery and if the whole internet has access and is pushing CCF members out of the way and locking it up ... well that isn't really fair to those who want to share albums with other members and is really counter productive in my opinion.
Thanks for reading this. I want to make a poll for how many people have trouble with this but I don't want to get you mad. This post is better than whining though about it, I put a little thought into this.

I've also been having problems with the gallery lately. I tried to get on it last night, and the server timed out, I just tried it again today, and it still doesn't seem to be working.

Is this a new feature? I've been here several years and don't ever recall seeing it before.

It needs to be be moved to a new host. Every time I call the current host he tells me everything is ok.
Problem is, I may not be able to do it for months.

Quote: I'm just glad to have the FREE space. Thanks. I'll second that. Thanks Bobby. I've noticed that it seems to work in about 1/2 hour blocks. If you can't access it now, try in 1/2 an hour and you will get in. Then it will stop again after a short while. :(
