It's common for this date. The mint mark was hand applied so they are in many different places.

Because MMs were applied by hand in last state of preparation as long as they were anywhere below date, not punched into date or coat it was fine, some tolerances, US mint!

It's not worth grading. The mintmark is definitely noticeably close to the date but, not close enough (touching/overlapping) to create any premium value. Keep searching!
