Sure looks like a 67, but would need to flex the toning to see through it. I only see two tiny mars on the obverse.

Some dings under the toning on the obverse especially on George's forehead, nice feather detail on reverse - I'll say it made MS66.

There are multiple substantial dings, bumps, and hard hits under that pretty toning. There are also a few on the reverse, most notably at the arrowheads. This is a late die state coin, but most of the issues are PMD.

My top grade would be MS62. MS63 would be a VERY generous grade. That being said, the toning is absolutely gorgeous.

MS-66. Some pitting marks on the obverse keep it from a 67.

I dunno; could you maybe post some larger pics?

I have it as an obverse-limited 65, at best.

Without cheating it looks 65 shot 66. The toning should help it.

With this type of splotchy black toning your destroying this coin by taking photos with an astronomer's high powered telescope . I'm seeing issues with this coin that I shouldn't be seeing on PCGS slabbed 1963-P Washington quarter . My call MS-61/62 .

I would be amazed if it wasn't MS66. Love the toning.

I had a thought about grade, but then I cheated (and I found out that I had nailed it), and for that will not share my guess.
