paralyse Bedrock of the Community United States 12057 Posts	Posted 09/15/2017 12:20 am PCGS's own standards state that to earn a grade of MS66 it should have at most a few minor marks in non-focal areas of the coin. I think this coin exceeds that threshold by a margin, both in degree and number of marks. Their photos are not 40x (or even 10x) -- PCGS states the most they use is 5x, in grades up to MS70. OP's coin is absolutely stunning in many respects, and I'd love to own it, but my opinion only is that 66 is a generous assessment.
