thrisonly1 New Member United States 24 Posts	Posted 09/16/2017 11:17 am Hey there, I believe the spots are plastic as I had just literally broken open the case due to the quarters cameo obverse. I did spray the coin with canned air to get the little specs and dust removed from the coin. I will take some additional pictures (with proper lighting). I appreciate your comments and, if it seems to be worth it to submit the coin for grading purposes, that is what I'd like to do ... just wanting a few more opinions from the community.
