1971 Lincoln Cents With Strange Similarities

I found these two 1971 P cents they look to have identical markings on them. Has anyone seen something like this before and can explain what this is.
The "bubbles" around the chin and the marks around the letters are exactly the same on the two coins. They both have that slight curve above the monument on the reverse as well. Any thoughts would be helpful, Thanks, Mitch.

Damaged die face(s) is all, will "pass it on" so to speak.

Did you acquire them at the same time? They look to be from the same die, perhaps rust on the obverse and the same die chip or gouge on the reverse. Kinda cool to have them together.
