I drove today a three hour round trip to pick up a bag of 2,000 wheaties from a so called son of father who died, blah blah blah. When I opened the bank bag, I was so disappointed to see like 20-25% of them just destroyed in one shape or fashion. Well, I thought it would only take one to make it worth it. And I drove so far. Put up the $60.00 and took off with the bag. Separated destroyed coins for two hours. This is the 4th coin I pulled out and put under the microscope! I almost threw it in the forget it pile! I have never seen this before. I am new to this though. This coin has an edge offset on the front from 11 o'clock to 4 o'clock. But check this out!! Look at the bottom of the reverse side edge from 2 o'clock to 8 o'clock!! Booo yah!! Well, I think! Any ideas anyone? Looks to be the same as the wheat top pattern!

It looks altered to me and at one time encased. Then someone took it out of the encasement and that's what the circular damage is. PMD and not a Mint error by any means.
