Very light circulation rub, a 55, or perhaps even a 58 from ANACS.
I'm really picky about not buying coins that have anything that grabs my attention. In this instance, those black streaks are really distracting.
At first I thought rubber bands, but looking closer all the lines are parallel but they don't necessarily affect the high points.
So I can't think of a reason why they are there.

I don't care for the "streaks", but...I would give it a AU53. Is that a scratch across the Phrygian cap?

AU-53 here as well. I wouldn't hazard a value given the obverse issues.

Sorry, Steelers, but as you likely know, the longer someone learns and collects, the less likely they are to buy problem coins. Although this is AU by anyone's standards I wouldn't hazard a guess.
Likely best sold as a no reserve .99 cent start and hopes of having enough newer buyers think they can steal it.

I don't recall ever seeing streaks like that so I'm not sure what cause them.

Sorry forgot to post the grade. And thank you super dave for your research! Very similar issue to this coin. I think this was undergraded despite the streaks
