I am considering purchasing this. Would appreciate your thoughts on grade and problems. TPG in 48. Thanks! NGC graded it MS64. my concern was about whether this may have been dipped. Pictures aren't the best but any thoughts about a light dip? Coin doesn't seem to have any toning at all. Thanks!
