I think I like this one at AU50 and would not be surprised if the surfaces are considered market-acceptable. I know what shooting coins in slabs does to surface appearance and contrast.

with AU-50. Surfaces are a little funky and previous cleaning is halo obvious but market acceptable.

I'd want this one in-hand for a buy decision. Return privilege necessary.

Let us know how your with motto search continues. I am down to completion of three more small goals, and then I will FINALLY be working on my type set. That's my own reward for battling through having patience on my last 27 coins to go.

I still need a motto, too.

I would say AU53...if it straight graded.
