Not a Cud as Cuds involve the rim, may be a die break as it's more substantial than a small chip.

Oh yeah Crazyb0 - I always forget about them darn plating bubbles.

Stinkin zinkins like this are very subject to plating problems. Gasses or debris gets trapped under the plating and with the resultant zinc rot corrosion forming will make "Plating Bubbles" and like this one a "Linear Plating Bubble". If you press very hard, it may just collapse.
