This one is interesting This doesn't seem to be a plating bubble as it did not deform when pressure was applied. I found a similar example at Cuds on coins and added it below. Thoughts on this one?

That's a Die Break for sure as it's a raised chunk of metal. Nice find! :)

your close ups make it look like a Cud - to me...
i will be watching for the experts - to give their opinions on this one...

Not sure on this one. It somewhat resembles a die dent. The right side looks like a smooth transition into the field without a die crack. The left side is in shadow. Could be just the lighting though.

Generally die breaks don't transition this smoothly, which makes it appear more like a die dent. Thanks, Doug.
