Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 74346 Posts	Posted 09/21/2017 3:17 pm I bought both of these on ebay for 6.50. The first one is a Uncentered Broadstrike. The second one is I think a Partial Collar error that has been circulated and shows PMD on the rim from the strike I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong. These are real Mint errors and are not fake. moxking Rest in Peace United States 17900 Posts	Posted 09/21/2017 3:34 pm Get those protected fast. I recommend the air tight 2X2's. Any normal moisture exposure and the zinc will eat both of them. I agree that they are both real errors. The price you paid is probably darned inexpensive in comparison to how many cents you would have to dig through to find two like this. If you mean older fingerprints - forget about it as the acids from them eat into the coins surface. If you mean if you accidentally just touched a coin and the oils are "fresh" then a soak in pure acetone and a rinse with distilled water should do the trick.
