The third coin is an imitation Ottoman.

First coin, probably Ceylon.
King Parakrama Bahu II 1236-1271.
These are known as Octopus Man coins

There are a lot of different Ottoman imitation pieces, which were mostly used for jewelry purposes (for the people who could not afford real gold coins). For the piece with the star, there are just no real Ottoman coins that look like that. You can find a similar example here, although that piece actually has some legend on one side.
