I would think that we would need much larger and more focused images to help sort this out.

That 1950 has a completely doubled reverse..I hope that ICCS got that detail at least right..

Look closer... especially at the rims...

I would say that ICCS gave the 1950 the grade of SP64 and the 1948 got MS64cameo. The 1950 does not appear to be a cameo coin. The 1948 is A to denticle and according to Charlton's the specimen strike for that year should be A between denticles. I can't tell from those pics if ICCS got it right.

I'm not strong on SP coins as my knowledge is very limited, so I'll say the 1948 is the SP.

The 1950 is indeed the specimen. I posted because the 1948 is unlike any George VI business strike I've owned. In hand it is basically indistinguishable from the 1950; same eye appeal, same coloring, same surfaces. Even if it's not a Specimen, it's a one-of-a-kind appearance

To me ,, I would have to say the 1950 is Specimen, the gratia relief looks crisp.

I am not sure about the quality control of this time era, but both of these coins seem to be slightly struck on mis-aligned dies, the 48 is more pronounced. The 50 also (to me shows) rim dings, this may be just in the pictures.
