This coin was also in a small blue envelope (described and pictured in the 1900-O post) Toning can be described much the same. I got this one for 63 money also, the face is not quite as clean as the 1900-O, but the reverse is really nice, having very light and minimal field chatter and nothing but "roll rub" on the eagle. I cannot find any major or minor hits to the eagle. I figure the reverse for an easy 64, but the obverse may limit it to 63 overall...what say you ? This one also has a proof-like look to the obverse from the light blue "frost" on the portrait...very cool !

Another nice coin! I agree with your grade on this one, and also love that reverse!

I think MS-63 is about right and may go 64 on a good day for the grader

Yea, I think the marks to the face are detrimental for the grade. This one is still a great buy IMO, with just the slightest weakness in the hair above the ear....and the reverse is nearly perfect. The other coins in the envelopes are similarly toned, but they were a bit more beat up...I just got the nicest ones of the bunch. I didn't get them graded until the end of the week, so I didn't care how much they were ! I just had to have them ! Ever get that feeling ? ha ha ha ha Thanks for you opinions !
